Returns of any order are entertained only if reported within 72 hours of delivery, with original proof of purchase receipt sent to you via email at the time of purchase. To return any item follow below given steps:
The original order number is needed for verification of the order.
If there is an issue with the order, the customer has to share pictures via WhatsApp as a proof.
Initiate a request for return on the official WhatsApp number by providing your order details that match with your name, email address, and phone number with your reason for return and proof of your claim for return such as pictures, videos, etc.
Customer care team will look into your request, and will contact you if it finds your request genuine and eligible for return.
For international clients, a label for order pick-up cannot be created. The customer has to send it via courier, recommended by our team.
Reship it back to us by the courier recommended by the customer care team and the address for the return shared via WhatsApp.
After reviewing the nature of the complaint, we may offer you an exchange or a store credit of less or equal value with a validity date of the credit.
In case a return application is approved, it will only be for the price of the article(s), and will not cover the shipping.
We are only responsible for returns once it reaches our recommended return address. The refund process will only start once it is received back.
Timeline for refund against an item returned is 8-12 business DAYS.
No dispute/chargeback is valid if the complaint is not registered first via WhatsApp.
Return Policy:If your item arrived in defective / damaged or incorrect / incomplete condition, a refund against return will be issued only if it is approved by the customer care team.
Incorrect product has been delivered.
The product received is incomplete.
Following points will not be catered:
No longer needed: If you decide the item is no longer necessary for your requirements.
Changed my mind: If you have reconsidered your purchase decision.
No technical reason, just cancelling the order: If you wish to cancel the order for reasons unrelated to technical issues.
Dislike after opening the package: If upon receiving and opening the product, you find it unsuitable or not to your liking.
Any orders where a customer has been given a special discount as a favor cannot be returned.
Farah Talib Aziz does not cater returns reported after the first 72 hours of delivery.
If a product is returned to Farah Talib Aziz return address in an inadequate condition or if the product is tempered, damaged or the care instructions have been violated, we reserve the right to send it back to you or refuse to issue the refund.
If the order has not been returned back to the recommended return address, the refund is not eligible.
In case of dispute/chargeback, the customer has to inform via WhatsApp and share pictures if requested in order to prove that the faulty outfit was provided.
No refund procedure can be started before the return of the order.
No dispute/chargeback is applicable if the outfits are not returned back. The customer has to bear the cost of returning the outfit back.
Once the order is acknowledged via WhatsApp, there is no refund/exchange.

NON ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA FOR AN EXCHANGE:FTA holds the right to not amend/ edit orders after 72 hours of purchase confirmation.
No return/refund is possible for a custom size outfit. It is customer’s responsibility to ask for pictures before dispatch if needed for a wedding wear/formal or a bridal outfit.
Once the order is acknowledged via WhatsApp, there is no refund/exchange.
