Returns are only accepted if reported within 72 hours after delivery, with proof of purchase and photos sent via WhatsApp.
Customers must ship the item back using a courier we recommend; international customers are responsible for customs, duties, and shipping.
If your return is approved, we may offer a refund (only for the item cost, not shipping), a store credit, or an exchange at our discretion. Refunds follow once we receive and inspect the item.
Returns won’t be accepted if: reported after 72 hours, item isn’t returned properly, item is damaged by improper care, or if there’s no proof submitted.
Exchanges are not offered at this time.
